5K RUN / 1 MILE WALK
20th Annual Marcus Fair Fun Run/Walk
In Memory of Michael Letsche, Hunter Heidesch, Sawyer Leavitt, and Natalee Henke
Date: Saturday, August 9, 2025
Place: Meet at Marcus City Park/Swimming Pool – East side of Marcus Fairgrounds
Events: 5K run/walk & 1-mile run/walk (there are no divisions for the walk and no awards given for the 1-mile event)
REGISTRATION:
- Early Registration on or before July 26: $20 per person
- Registration July 27 to event day: $25 per person
Time: 5K run/walk starts at 8:00 am; 1 mile run/walk starts at 8:05 am
Registration/Check in: Starts at 7:00 am, ends at 7:55 am
Fruit and water will be provided for all participants.
Shirts are not guaranteed for NON-PRE REGISTERED runners.

5K Run/Walk Female 19-29 30-39
40-49 50-59

Awards for 5K: $30 cash will be awarded to each overall male and female winner of the 5K event only. A medal will be awarded to the top 3 finishers of each division.
No awards will be presented to the 1-mile runners/walkers.
Course: The courses are through and around the outer edge of the city of Marcus. They are generally flat with small inclines.
